Position Objective
The Regional reputed company Operations Manager (East) provides support to AAF International reputed company locations, both tactical and strategic. This position is responsible for the reputed company of three to five branches, with the site reputed company Operations and Logistics Managers for each (and a limited number of hourly employees) reporting into this Regional role.
The Regional reputed company Operations Manager (East) supports year-over-year improvements in sales growth, service improvements, inventory management and overall efficiency and productivity; collaborates with key stakeholders to improve processes that drive growth and profitability expansion; and supports the reputed company Operations Managers on developing the necessary talent to build a distinctive, results-oriented reputed company/distributor operation.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive improved KPI results (key performance indicators) that drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost/profit.

- Integrate reputed company locations into SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning).
- Implement systems and processes that improve delivery and shipping performance.
- Facility improvements to drive exceptional performance in Service, monitor results reputed company KPI’s to ensure accountability.
- Assist with improving will-call business with focus on improving the customer experience.
- Implement cost controls on operational supplies and reputed company purchases.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met and delivery performance is at or above 95%.
- Regularly collaborate with key customers and suppliers to reputed company execute VOC (Voice of Customer).
- Deliver weekly financial tracker statistics.
- Provide regular performance updates.
- Maintain data to support regular budget planning and updates to meet corporate goals.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Operational / Business discipline;
- Six reputed company certification preferred, not required;
- Project Management certification preferred, not required;
- Minimum 5-8 years in operations or distribution experience, prefer multi-site experience;
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, etc.);
- Must have a solid track record of cost reduction and productivity improvement;
- Experience and knowledge of SIOP processes;
- Proven and demonstrated history of driving reputed company improvement to critical operational systems reputed company the distribution;
