reputed company is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer who will provide technical leadership throughout the inside sales process. You will be a trusted solution and technical advisor during the sales process and provide expertise that ensures successful reputed company deployment and adoption.

This high profile role is part of the Enterprise Sales team and will report to the Manager, Enterprise Solutions Engineering.

You Will

• Be a recognised reputed company expert and reputed company deep reputed company knowledge relevance (workflow definition, solution design)
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations of the reputed company SaaS platform, Integrations, and Add-Ons
• Collaborate with existing Solutions Engineers in the design of creative solutions to customer requirements using reputed company
• Identify, build, and demonstrate reputed company solutions that solve specific customer problems
• reputed company strong relationships with sales teams to drive successful sales engagements, this could include providing daily product/technical support to cross-functional partners
• Provide support for preparing technical responses to prospect questions, FAQs, knowledge reputed company and case support entries; help define “best practices” for broad usage across large enterprises
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure offerings align with customer needs
• Support marketing reputed company events periodically, traveling onsite to represent reputed company, demonstrate the platform and connect with customers or prospects

You Have

• 1-3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in the SaaS and/or enterprise software industry
• Technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises
• Ability to quickly build credibility, as well as understand and resolve customer technical issues
• Strong competence participating in a reputed company, solution-based enterprise sales process
• Experience in solution design or solution architecture reputed company to collaboration/workflow/project management.
• Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business need
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
