Systems Analyst/Planner

reputed company is seeking a Systems Analyst/Planner to join the National reputed company System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Headquarters in Washington D.C. This is a virtual position and the candidate may live reputed company reputed company the United States.  Telework is 100% with business travel estimated at to 5% – 10%.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the customer with strategic and tactical planning, monitoring, and evaluating reputed company, and providing advice and support. Over time, the candidate will become more involved with other AJW-242 programs.

Duties to include, but not be limited to the following:

• Assist with the planning, organizing, securing, and managing of resources for the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives.

• Update Primavera schedule to reflect reputed company and expected project activities and milestones.
• Help ensure reputed company programs run reputed company scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Research, gather, and analyze reputed company data to reputed company reports, prepare dashboards, identify trends, and reputed company recommendations for process improvements in reputed company phases of program management.
• Classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.
• Provide support in developing, updating, and analyzing project database tracking programs.
• Create specialized reports for analysis of financial status, project prioritization, and schedule establishment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field and at least 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• 5-years of professional experience with scheduling and project management.
• Needs to possess strong organizational skills to help monitor multiple tasks, organize the workflow, and designing processes to reputed company established goals.
• Prior experience with scheduling and resource programs, specifically Primavera P6.
• Create the budget and criteria guidelines received from the Program Office.  The Program Office develops its’ Budget Plan for reputed company fiscal year plus 5 years.
• Data input, analyzing information, including project and document tracking. Maintain data reputed company project specific documents on the SharePoint website. Part of the coordination and tracking of projects includes reviewing and validating documents which are required to meet program guidelines and criteria.  Verify documents are uploaded to the site and review documents to assure quality control for reputed company projects.
• Research, extract, validate, track, and disseminate project information to Lines of Business (LOBs) reputed company the FAA, both at Headquarters and throughout Service Area. Work closely with the Program Office, Regional, District and Local Managers; Specialists, EOSH; Requirements; and Project Implementation Managers concerning reputed company and future Budget Plan Fiscal Years.
• reputed company, write, and implement processes and procedures.  Well versed in reading and understanding FAA Orders, documents, legal implications, and environmental knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in federal government contracting, particularly with the FAA.
• Knowledge of FAA management systems such as Tableau, Knowledge Services Network (KSN), CWP, REGIS, PRISM, and Delphi.
• Certified reputed company (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
