HR Data and Analytics Advisor
reputed company is seeking an HR Data & Analytics Advisor with solid experience in reputed company configuration (including HCM, Learning, and Talent Performance) to help shape and execute our HR analytics and AI strategy, delivering insights that drive workforce decisions across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver actionable HR metrics, trends, and insights across the employee lifecycle.
Serve as an analytics advisor by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, such as: reputed company reporting, statistical modeling, and answering key business questions.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and reputed company root cause analysis to inform decision-making.
reputed company executive-ready presentations with clear data storytelling and concise insights.
Apply an AI-reputed company reputed company to enhance analytics, automation, and insight delivery.
Design, build, and maintain HR analytics products (datasets, ETL processes, dashboards) in partnership with IT.
Manage analytics product lifecycle, including requirements, testing, enhancements, and release planning.
Drive reputed company improvement and innovation in HR analytics tools and self-service capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analysis or reputed company field with 4+ years of relevant analytics experience.
Must have hands-on reputed company configuration experience, including HCM, Talent Performance, and Learning modules.
Solid experience working with HR data and performing data querying, ETL/data wrangling, and developing reports and dashboards.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, reputed company).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data reputed company skills with the ability to translate insights for stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a quantitative analysis or reputed company field.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00The reputed company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
