The Service Team reputed company SEAHKTW will be in charge of leading and delivering excellent customer support & servicing on leading-edge Leica products to our academic research, pharmaceutical, & clinical diagnostic customers in ID, PH, HKTW and other SEA regions whenever needed. The reputed company FSE will guide his team and also personally provide technical support either on site or reputed company phone, email and remote support to end users on our digital pathology products and advanced staining products, as well as our core histology range.

The reputed company FSE is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of the system with full technical background of the system, use of proper tools and understanding of reputed company process. The reputed company FSE is expected to reputed company customer satisfaction, annual service reputed company and strategies through management of FSEs & Channel Partner Associates in the indirect market. reputed company commercial programs and area service plans in reputed company conjunction with the service leadership team in reputed company / reputed company SEAHKTW to support and grow reputed company’ customers in SEAHKTW. 

Set up standard work and processes; provide direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for FSEs. Advance the professional development, professional conduct, service effectiveness and efficiency of staff. Manage distributor service effectively, build & track FSEs competency and customer satisfaction in distributor service area time to time. Drive service as a business. reputed company a region-specific service strategy.  Track reputed company with service, effectively using DBS tools, minimizing customer downtime (improve repair turnaround time) and generating reputed company opportunities for Leica.

This position is part of the Commercial Department of LBS located in Hong reputed company and will be remote. At reputed company, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Engage and reputed company the team to reputed company and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and service objectives

• Manage, coach, mentor and reputed company a team of Field Service Engineers and service admin, translates strategies into actionable tactics

• Define the service strategy in conjunction with reputed company SEAHKTW, improve customer satisfaction, drive service profitability and support growth of LBS business

• Post sales support: Increase service visibility, up service quality in the market, Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a reputed company and efficient manner for reputed company product lines and product offerings

• Work with stakeholders and provide on time customer/CP/FSE support & FSE training.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Bio-medical engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer engineering or other reputed company specialties, and experience in Clinical diagnostic product service.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and a team player with own initiative who focuses on problem-solving skills

• Ability to comfortably work in an environment of change and continuing organizational evolution by being flexible and adaptable to changing environment and needs.
