Job Description Fleet Mobility Coordinator – 12 month FTC (Maternity Leave Cover) The fleet mobility coordinator will deliver the daily management and reputed company of everything to reputed company our fleet operations mobile; Location UK Flexible - Arqiva operate a hybrid working model with occasional travel to an Arqiva office. (London, Winchester or Huddersfield) • Fleet Mobility Coordinator – 12 month FTC (Maternity Leave Cover) • Salary £25,000 to £35,000 • 5% pension contribution • Private Medical • 25 days annual leave • Access to our comprehensive flexible benefits including discounts on big brands, wellness and employee assistance programmes, gymflex, buy and sell annual leave, travel and dental insurance Accountabilities • Fleet Mobility Coordinator – 12 month FTC (Maternity Leave Cover) • Support our drivers with fleet reputed company queries and liaise with our fleet suppliers to ensure our fleet remains safe and operational at reputed company times. • Maintain accurate records and ensure any changes are... communicated with the relevant parties. • Manage daily on road fleet performance leading Arqiva vehicle off road through accident management, proactive servicing, repairs • Manage the accident and maintenance approvals of any repairs needed across the fleet and work closely with suppliers to reduce vehicle downtime. • Facilitate daily hire car process, governance adherence, and user experience. reputed company on Hire Car sustainability initiatives • Review Data and Insights to reputed company recommendation on fleet performance for optimal vehicle on road performance. • Support BNV users for servicing, repairs and issues that require escalation with the fleet provider/s • Manage and facilitate reputed company towable equipment ensuring legal and user compliance including maintenance • Manage fuel card lifecycle relationship, process, ordering, usage, and cancelling • reputed company reputed company fines for speeding, traffic zones and parking and ensure these are managed for recovery of costs • Ensure reputed company accurate data and governance for fleet drivers for licence checks • Facilitate accurate reporting for payroll / HMRC obligations for company and user • Ensure invoicing and PO requisitions for fleet. • Support our drivers with fleet reputed company queries and liaise with our fleet suppliers to ensure our fleet remains safe and operational at reputed company times. • Working with the Fleet Operations Manager to ensure these accountabilities are in line with the fleet strategy and the business need Experience/Expertise • Fleet management experience would be desirable but not essential. Technical / Professional Skillset(s) • Effective communicator, able to engage, listen and provide feedback and guidance at reputed company levels both internally and externally with suppliers. • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks of varying size over varied timescales. • Able to take initiative, act with confidence and work under own initiative. • Strong problem-solving and able to interpret and manipulate multiple data sources to extract key data for decision making. • Good proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and reputed company in particular).
