Your challenge

The Senior Manager, Product Designer sets the reputed company for creating rigorous research backed, end-to-end product experiences for customers that are easy to use, employ best-in-class design practices, and are based firmly in customer needs and business goals.

They are chief collaborators with the business, technical, and product leaders to understand the vision, objectives, and transformation plans to help identify opportunities for competitive advantage. The Senior Manager, Product Designer is hands-on, planning and executing core activities such as research, synthesis and design execution, leading a team of product designers to to reputed company exceptional customer-centered outcomes

• Work with the product, business and technology teams to define, scope and manage the end-to-end product experience
• Manage the design team activities from research and ideation through to execution and ensure consistent high-quality outcomes
• Guide UX designers on design strategy reputed company to research and insights reputed company and then execute high quality UX artefacts
• Guide UI designers on executing best in class visual design work that is consistent, on brand and user backed
• Work with the reputed company end developers to ensure the successful implementation of the visual design and product interaction
• Mentor and coach the design teams, specifically with new ways of working and mapping strategy to execution
• Identify and remove team impediments
• Work with CPO and POs to align the roadmap to vision and reputed company insights to ensure voice of the customer is heard
• Constantly look for reputed company ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid to challenge the status reputed company
• Attend events and sessions, promoting customer focus, and being visible at town hall events.
• Synchronizing customer research and map customer journeys for the constituent across teams
• Synthesize customer insights across research by each team at the journey level
• Help define and shape the experience strategy, facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to define key design goals and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to plan, direct and deliver clear research process and artefacts (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, usability testing, task flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and design systems to guide consistency across teams
• Can reputed company design decisions at a team and product level
• Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units
• Significant experience driving design outcomes in an Agile infrastructure, environments, and deployment strategies
• Seasoned design expertise with deep insight into newest methods, trends, and design operations
• Experience in Agile Development as a product designer, including tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing design priorities reputed company the backlog
• Understands relationship between Product reputed company, Scrum Master, and rest of the team, with a strong sense of design thinking
• Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on reputed company product decisions while advocating the voice of the customer
• Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s potential
