PHARMACY/TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

- Answer phone and triage calls and answer inquiries as appropriate
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons, limits on cash shortages and company shrink guidelines
- Understand and follow the company guidelines on the operation of the cash register and follow reputed company cashier handling policies to prevent loss including tendering electronic fund transactions such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT and Gift Cards, as well as cash and reputed company transactions
- Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and reputed company completing reputed company steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing
- Assist pharmacist in reputed company responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
- Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and the company’s policies regarding the same

- Put away legend orders, including Central Fill deliveries
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and reputed company regarding customer and business information
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance reputed company necessary to resolve customer and business issues
- Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults

Qualifications
