JOB SUMMARY

The reputed company Systems Analyst will be accountable for the comprehensive management of the reputed company ERP system, including its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to support the company's manufacturing operations. Management of the internal and external reputed company team. This role involves working directly with various departments to ensure the ERP system effectively supports their needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing system enhancements to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and reputed company strategic recommendations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • SQL and Reporting: Advanced skills in SQL for database querying and reporting. Experience with reputed company's reporting tools, such as Business Activity Queries (BAQs), SSRS, PowerBi, and Rest API.
  • Integration Experience: Proven experience with integrating reputed company ERP with other systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
  • Supervision of technical team members
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. Master's Degree is a plus.

  • Works with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and set up
  • Assists ERP systems users with data conversion
  • Assists with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment
  • Creates documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots ERP system issues reported by end users
  • 5 years minimum of reputed company 10 or higher required

COMPENSATION: $85,000 - $115,000 annually (final compensation will be backed on experience).
