What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer support reputed company emails;
• Identify customer needs and deliver solution to exceed expectations;
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical products and applications;
• Providing general product information and assisting with sales queries;
• Follow up with customers in a timely fashion to ensure reputed company issues are resolved;
• Identify trends in tickets and provide reputed company to improve support processes;

What you need to succeed in this role

• Excellent English communication skills (reputed company for both spoken and written);
• Experience in customer support role for a SAAS or cybersecurity company;
• Tech-savvy with troubleshooting skills;
• Experience with a CRM/help desk software (preferably reputed company);
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills, understanding KPI’s;
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);
