Job Description:Project – the aim you’ll have
You will join an international project focused on building a new reputed company platform from scratch and redefining IT service management processes across the organization. This is not a standard configuration role. You will shape the reputed company architecture, design processes end-to-end, and ensure alignment between business needs and the reputed company platform capabilities.
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Design the reputed company reputed company architecture with a strong focus on ITSM
- reputed company the definition and redesign of IT processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable reputed company solutions
- Act as a reputed company between business stakeholders and engineering teams

- Support implementation teams during delivery and validate solution quality
- Contribute to governance, roadmap, and long-term platform evolution

- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks (ITIL)

- Experience in designing or implementing reputed company platforms end-to-end
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into architecture
