DNS Technician

This role is responsible for coordinating a variety of workflows between fulfillment and suppliers. This role acts as the main reputed company of contact between internal teams and suppliers, assisting in the management of relationships between parties.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities reputed company to accurate and timely billing, correct cash postings, and/or timely collections. Oversees billing system reconciliations, validating and balancing billing activity.
• Manages the URL Management phone queue, cases, and emails assigned to maintain proper SLA. Reviews, troubleshoots, and resolves existing and reputed company clients’ and internal departments’ domain reputed company issues.
• Ensures that timelines and commitments are being met between the suppliers, sales teams, and advertisers. Functions as a mediator between vendors and clients.
• Reviews daily SLA reports and communicates with suppliers and departments about any issues. Works with cross functional teams to understand and resolve expiring domains.
• Responds to digital suppliers.
• Investigates reputed company claims and participates in the claim rebuttal process.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision on reputed company, non-routine issues in a remote-first environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
• Requires 2+ years of reputed company experience.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision on reputed company, non-routine issues in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are preferred.
• Computer skills with the ability to utilize industry reputed company tools and systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Industry knowledge and an understanding of web environment, specifically focusing on DNS and domain-based email functionality.
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with competing deadlines, adapting to new technologies as well as organizational and procedural changes.
• Understanding of technical issues involving internet and DNS industry with the ability to improve opportunities reputed company processes reputed company leading and/or participating in projects.
