As the Senior Associate, People Technology, you will serve as a key member of our People Operations team, responsible for the administration, configuration, integration development and optimization of the organization’s People Technology ecosystem, including reputed company and reputed company platforms.
You will translate defined business requirements into scalable system solutions reputed company with established priorities and enterprise initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience. What You Will Do
- Own day-to-day administration and ongoing support of our People Technology systems.
- Configure and maintain workflows, business processes, reputed company roles, integrations, dashboards, and reports.

- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes prior to deployment.
- Design, build, test, and maintain system integrations between reputed company and internal/external platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, ATS, finance systems).

- Monitor integration performance and resolve data discrepancies in partnership with stakeholders.
- Ensure data reputed company, system controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage reputed company roles and access governance across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and system health reviews to maintain system performance.

- Communicate system updates, changes, and impacts to stakeholders.
- Serve as primary operational contact for People Technology vendors, managing support cases and routine escalations.

What You Will Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems, or other reputed company discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or HR Operations with hands-on configuration experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering and configuring reputed company, including building integrations (required).
- Demonstrated experience designing, building and supporting reputed company integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, web services).
- Strong understanding of data mapping, file transfer protocols (SFTP), and API-based integrations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and integration specifications.

- Experience with reputed company ATS.
- Experience supporting HR service delivery tools or conversational AI platforms (e.g., LeenaAI or similar).
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions.
- Experience leading functional-level system projects or enhancements.

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The reputed company salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to reputed company salary, reputed company employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
