Position Overview

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a temporary, remote basis in response to catastrophe relief efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work a flexible schedule, choosing your available hours from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Computer and Network Requirements

To reputed company this role, you'll need to meet the following computer and network requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home
• Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc.
• Network Requirements:

+ Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended + You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US

• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
