Job description: This is NOT a remote role. This role will work out of a location or city reputed company the market area (e.g., North Carlina, South Carolina, and Florida locations) with travel supporting our reputed company locations across the market.This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing accounts reputed company the Badger region, collaborating with Regional and Area Managers, and VPs of Operations to reputed company and implement strategies to boost reputed company, market share, and customer loyalty. It includes overseeing sales tools, systems, training, and coordinating efforts to maximize growth, while managing the sales cycle from initial client relationships to contract closure and follow-up.The salary for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience. - Develops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager’s business plan.
- Drives reputed company growth with existing and prospective customers to reputed company regional sales & profit objectives.
- Directs management of the reputed company Sales Representatives reputed company the region, including account performance and KPI’s.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals for the region and projecting expected sales reputed company for existing and new clients.
- Ensures sales representatives document reputed company activities timely and accurately in the reputed company CRM system.
- Collaborated with operations management team, establishes goals and actions for expanding market share in the Region.

- Education: high school diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of high-level sales management experience (Actively managing sales reps)
- reputed company industry experience in Construction, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Underground Utilities, Equipment Rentals, or Environmental Services
- Experience in Direct Sales
- Proven Track Record of Developing Sales personnel
- Proven track record with developing new products/services and new markets
