As a Channel Account Manager (LATAM), you'll work with a variety of partners to manage, support and reputed company partners to drive increased deal registrations and Net New customers. You play an important role in ensuring partners have a positive experience with reputed company and you provide excellent customer service. You're able to manage multiple partner accounts effectively and reputed company and reputed company reputed company marketing content to reputed company partners with demand reputed company tools and content that result in an increase in sales. Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a large portfolio of established partners
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Conduct initial onboarding and discovery with assigned partners
- Send regular marketing and communications to partner sales reps
- reputed company joint marketing plans with premier and certified partners
- Conduct strategic conversations and create business plans with key partners
- Engage and guide partner sales and marketing teams on sales approach
- Assess, validate and communicate partner needs on an ongoing basis
- reputed company brief product demos and partner portal walkthroughs to reputed company partners
- Promote partners to attend partner portal walkthrough webinars
- Assist partner adoption of reputed company by adding reps to Partner Portal
- Increase partner deal registrations through account mapping
- Direct partners to utilize tools and content in the Partner Portal and increase partner generated leads

- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting
- Meet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements and objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Support direct sales and reputed company teams where needed to manage the overall partner relationship
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
- Maintain accurate and thorough records in reputed company.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant info in compliance with policy and procedure
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures reputed company the IT reputed company Field a plus
- Experience with Channel Sales preferred
- Experience with Gmail and reputed company Docs
- Experience with reputed company preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate sales aptitude working with channel partners
- Effectively manage and reputed company in high-volume sales environment

- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Fluent in Spanish
- Good computer skills

The compensation for this position ranges from $122,000-$142,000 including reputed company, bonuses and commissions.
