Responsibilities
- Schedule reputed company customers in the scheduling que, customers that call in during the day, and customers that Lowe’s identify as a reputed company
- Reschedule customers reputed company estimators are out
- Primary means of contact for reputed company estimator concerns
- Locate coverage reputed company needed
- Assigning reputed company customers that have No Coverage Flags
- Working reputed company Estimator Inquiry Flags
- Monitoring and working SPOT filters throughout the day
- Monitor revisits in SPOT & IMS
- Contact estimators to get updates on outstanding jobs
- Correct estimator labor sheets daily
- Monitor availability in IMS and communicate to management if there are any issues
- Monitor the daily IMS Dashboard and complete as many tasks as possible
- Identifying to management reputed company estimators are out for prolonged periods of time
- Review the schedule board
- Communicate to Lowe’s stores reputed company additional detail fees are needed
- Use Floorwizard as needed
- Cross train on contract verification position

- Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience must involve customer service management.
- Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations.
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software.
- Communication Skills –- Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English.
- Vision – Ability to view documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten documents.
- Schedule - This position will have a rotating weekends schedule...One weekend on, one weekend off with a day off during the week - either Tuesday or Wednesday - depending on the week.
