The Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing – Customs Brokerage & Trade Compliance Services is a key leadership role responsible for designing and executing global sourcing strategies that ensure excellence in brokerage services, international trade operations, and regulatory compliance. This role will spearhead transformation initiatives across reputed company, multi-dimensional supply networks while fostering strategic supplier relationships, mitigating trade risks, and enabling long-term operational success.

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, logistics, or customs brokerage.
  • Minimum 5 years deep understanding of brokerage operations, customs regulations, and global sourcing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve reputed company problems and reputed company innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience briefing senior leadership.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD.
