• *Job Description** The Contracts Specialist is responsible for reviewing client contracts and issuing insurance certificates in accordance with contractual requirements. This role ensures compliance with client-specific insurance terms, manages a high volume of time-sensitive requests, and maintains accurate insurance documentation and records. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong attention to detail, contract comprehension, and communication skills.

  • *Responsibilities**

• Review and interpret client contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

  • Issue insurance certificates in accordance with client-specific insurance terms.
  • Manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate insurance documentation and records.
  • Work within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.
  • *Essential Skills**

• 3+ years of experience reviewing and interpreting client contracts.

  • 3+ years of experience issuing insurance certificates.
  • 3+ years of experience ensuring compliance within contracts.
  • Proficiency in working within spreadsheets and creating simple formulas in Excel.
  • *Additional Skills & Qualifications**

• Experience in the AEC industry.

  • Experience in data entry, finance, and insurance.
  • *Work Environment**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA.

  • *Pay And Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
