Job Overview

As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will work closely with our Technical reputed company teams as an AI-informed expert to promote reputed company Cloud solutions to our clients. In this role, you will assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of reputed company Cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential barriers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in utilizing specific AI (ML) equipment developed by reputed company (e.g., Tensor Processing Unit). You will collaborate closely with clients and product development to shape the TPU stage.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and reputed company strategies to resolve technical blockers.

• Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with reputed company's clients, including product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of reputed company Cloud.
• Work with clients to demonstrate and model reputed company Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments.
• Suggest integration techniques, deployment models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on reputed company Cloud.
• Attend client sites, meetings, and other reputed company events on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.

• Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in virtualization or cloud native models in a client-facing or support role.
• Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
• Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). + Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for adaptable, deployed systems. + Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues reputed company organizations. + Ability to rapidly adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT innovation space.
