Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Fielding customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments

Qualifications:
