Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Chat Operators to join reputed company in Tulsa, OK. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

• Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, maintaining a positive and professional tone
• Turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients
• Utilize our proprietary technology to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must live reputed company the state of Oklahoma

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
• Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
