Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Systems Management Analyst to join reputed company, focusing on Epic solutions and maintaining regular communication with Epic technical support. This role involves identifying system issues, collaborating with other application teams to resolve problems, and providing expertise in software systems programming, operating software applications, and consulting on reputed company projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical documentation and its application to business solutions, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between IT Teams (Desktop, Server, Network) and the Epic Team to implement and coordinate technical projects
• Maintain reputed company Epic certification(s), including completing New Version Training (NVT) and re-certification as required
• Monitor the ticket queue, ensuring clear understanding of reported issues, collaborating with informatics team members to address tickets, and closing tickets in accordance with defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines
• Re-direct operational requests to appropriate team leadership and convey conflicting enhancement requests/project priorities to the Clinical Applications Manager for feedback
• Attend strategic initiative meetings as needed to provide subject matter expertise and guidance

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Required Qualifications:
  • Epic Certification (EpicCare Ambulatory)
  • 3 years of programming and/or analytical experience with Epic
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Epic certification (Order Transmittal, Healthy reputed company, Cogito (Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, Slicer/Dicer))
