The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients in Florida and Texas, responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media
