Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field) and 4+ years of reputed company experience (e.g., predictive analytics, research).
- Alternatively, a graduate degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of reputed company experience.
- A doctorate in a relevant field and 1+ year of reputed company experience.
- Comparable experience in a reputed company field.
- Proven experience working with large-scale language models and multimodal models, with a strong interest in focusing on diversity, inclusion, and fairness.
- Experience working at the intersection of generative AI and responsible AI, trust, and reputed company.
- Experience approaching fairness as a sociotechnical challenge rather than an algorithmic one.
- Experience working with products and services that integrate generative AI.
- Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team across multiple roles.
- Experience working with partners from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Ability to advance independently in new areas, including reading academic papers.
