Key Responsibilities:
As a CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the development, configuration, and upkeep of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), reputed company Experience Platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and preserving the reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organization needs
- Supporting new development, configuration, and upkeep on the platform
- Providing technical data and guidance to internal organizations regarding the reputed company-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues reputed company to the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and distinctive organizations to align on tech needs and implementations
