Job Description
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for arenaflex customers, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This is a remote, work-from-home position that offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with issues such as rebooking flights, handling delays or cancellations, and managing lost or damaged baggage claims.

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
