What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, reputed company email, or through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll also have the opportunity to:
