Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll:

• Connect directly with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine suitable solutions for customers, think proactively, and schedule follow-up calls as needed.
• Work with reputed company, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
