As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Scheduling Department, working closely with our clients, interpreters, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient scheduling.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, serving as the first reputed company of contact.
  • Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • reputed company inputting data and maintaining accurate database information, ensuring data reputed company and consistency.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
