Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing phone and email support, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be expected to reputed company the following tasks:
* Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
* Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
* Consistently maintain reputed company record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with arenaflex specifications, and follow standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for reputed company orders
* Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures
* Participate in reputed company improvement activities/projects and assist in any additional team/organizational projects as required
* Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment
* Demonstrate an understanding of how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives
* Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Experience with reputed company and/or Systems Applications & Products (reputed company)
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Associates or Bachelors Degree
* 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (reputed company)
* Experience with PowerBI and/or reputed company
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* $20.08 – $32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible
