The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to assist in explaining services and claims information. You'll work in a remote environment, with full-time hours available between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. Our starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through incentives and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system
- Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements:
* Ability to train and work in a remote environment
- No prior medical insurance experience is required; we'll train individuals who are willing to continue learning and growing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications
- Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to learn basic medical terminology
