Key Responsibilities:
As an Onsite Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order inquiries
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and clinic partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Operating with understanding, active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and partners alike
- Operating with a willingness to learn and grow in a culture of open-mindedness and feedback
- Communicating with veterinary clinics over the phone (sometimes other channels as needed) with a variety of topics, primarily using our internal computer software and systems to reputed company and document clinic note accounts
- Expecting a significant part of the reputed company to be spent on outbound veterinary clinic/customer phone contacts
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multi-task (i.e., talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
- Operating with ownership, being a self-starter, and having a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company Outlook
- High school education or equivalent
- Must be able to maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy where appropriate
- Critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
- Willing to work overtime as needed by the business unit
- Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
- Must be able to pass a background reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy software
