Job Summary

This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions reputed company the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, record monitoring and tracking, and collaborating with internal and external teams to reputed company green resolutions to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities
