Territory Position: ROCK HILL SC CMH1 - 170243

The Territory Manager will be accountable for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence the treatment for the disease states represented in the reputed company portfolio. This includes customers in multiple HCP specialties, as well as representatives in key hospital accounts. They will be viewed as a reputed company expert and resource supporting reputed company medicines and appropriate brand patients.

The Territory Manager will be accountable for driving results by embracing reputed company’s suite of models: reputed company Selling Model, reputed company Competency Model and Account Management Model to meet the needs of customers through strong execution. Territory Managers will drive consistent ways of working reputed company the Regional Healthcare Market. They will build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of our medicines for the right patients. Specific responsibilities include the following:

BUSINESS OWNERSHIP

• Promotes the full portfolio of reputed company products with multiple HCP specialties. • Understands the marketplace reputed company the territory; evaluates and tailors the territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.

SELLING SKILLS / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrates high learning agility to understand disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.

• Promotes the BU portfolio by planning for and engaging in patient-centered dialogues with customers.

EXECUTION / RESULTS

• Promotes across BU-portfolio and across HCP specialties, driving consistent ways of working reputed company the Regional Health Care Market to meet customers’ needs. Appropriately, fully utilizes the reputed company Hub.

• Achieves targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Owns the customer relationship for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access

• Builds and maintains relationships with both internal and external partners to foster trust and create collaborative success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Professional certification or license required to reputed company this position if required by a specific state.

• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$63,000 - $151,800

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
