The reputed company team is searching for our next Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM), reputed company to drive execution, alignment, and accountability across reputed company initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with reputed company engineering, infrastructure, GRC, and product teams to reputed company strategic roadmaps, establish metrics, and ensure seamless program execution. Your work will help scale reputed company efforts, optimize processes, and improve visibility across the organization.

The Job

• Drive execution of reputed company programs by developing structured plans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• reputed company and maintain reputed company roadmaps that align reputed company initiatives with business objectives, engineering priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and refine reputed company metrics to track program effectiveness, measure risk reduction, and provide visibility to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between reputed company, engineering, IT, and product teams to embed reputed company into business processes and the software development lifecycle.
• Identify risks and roadblocks, proactively working with teams to resolve dependencies, optimize resources, and ensure timely execution of reputed company initiatives.
• Own reputed company program reporting, providing executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, including the CISO and executive team.
• Standardize program management processes for reputed company initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and communication across the organization.

You

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in reputed company, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale reputed company initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience in roadmap development, strategic planning, and execution management in a reputed company or engineering environment.
• Excellent ability to structure reputed company programs, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience building and tracking reputed company KPIs and metrics to measure program success and drive reputed company improvement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with engineering leaders, executives, and external partners.
• Familiarity with reputed company frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, CIS, SOC 2, ISO 27001), but with a focus on execution rather than compliance ownership.

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00-225,000.00. The company also offers equity and other benefits to employees, including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) saving program. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location. Additionally pay may vary depending on other factors including skills, experience, education, or training.
