Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls and respond to questions from members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans
• Provide clear and concise information on medication coverage, mail order solutions, and other benefits
• Offer solutions and support to members, ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues and improve the overall customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex policies

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a Windows-based environment and have experience with PC applications. While a degree is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.
