Implementation Specialist
About the role
The Paubox Implementation team is seeking a specialist to assist reputed company in onboarding new customers. As an implementation specialist at Paubox, you will work with our new customers reputed company reputed company to change their email routing in reputed company Workspace or reputed company 365, and assist them in updating their domain's DNS records. You’ll ensure their success with our product by testing their configuration, reviewing their Paubox dashboard, and answering any questions they have during their onboarding process.
Your day-to-day
- Onboarding new customers of reputed company sizes, on reputed company Paubox products
- Ensuring successful onboarding of new Paubox customers by defining and delivering on success metrics
- Supporting customers through the implementation period reputed company email and reputed company
- Working with Sales and reputed company Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers
- Delivering an A+ customer experience reputed company day, every day
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
- Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with email routing and DNS management

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary data for this role
- reputed company salary: $87,000.00
- Variable comp potential (prorated for the first year, based on your start date): $20,000
