Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day
• Processing phone payments
• Conducting outbound customer interview calls
• Communicating and resolving customer issues reputed company online chat channels
• Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan
• Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals
• Complying with reputed company federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus
• At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
• Collection experience is a plus
• A minimum of two years of reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company
• Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as roles are a combination of phone and chat communication
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
• Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
