The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
