Job Summary

As an HR/LR Site reputed company at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering HR and LR services to our Charlotte CCA site, which employs approximately 125 individuals. You will work closely with the Plant Supervisor to drive reputed company culture, promote positive employee experiences, and improve worker engagement. You will also be responsible for managing a positive working relationship with the association, adhering to terms of work contract, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Four-year college education in HR, LR, Business, or reputed company field

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR/LR matters
