Job Summary
As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new customers, providing support and guidance on patient care and third-party reimbursement. You will be responsible for processing new orders, responding to questions, resolving issues, and ensuring patient, referral, and employee satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of work-from-home (WFH) and 2 days of in-office work, with completion of in-office training and meeting expectations with management approval.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide support to patients, referral sources, and employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process new orders, respond to questions, resolve issues, and ensure patient, referral, and employee satisfaction
- Collect co-pays and deductible amounts
- Conduct insurance verification and eligibility for services/products
- Conduct patient satisfaction calls and act as patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns
- reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of reputed company Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines

- Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data input
- Manage reputed company aspects of initial intake, including answering phone calls, receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral reputed company information, inputting data into IMBS and eIntake, printing tickets, assembling charts, and processing paperwork
- Obtain authorization and qualification documentation
- Prepare complete and accurate files for Billing Department
- Process work orders to field locations and coordinate timely fulfillment of products and services ordered
- Provide education to referral sources, patients, and employees on qualifications for service and 3rd-party billing
- Provide product/service information by answering questions, offering assistance, and providing technical assistance to customers as required

Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
- Background investigation (company-wide)
