Key Responsibilities

As a Home Office Medical Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our online medical portal and assisting clients with navigating the platform. You will also serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and their families reputed company chat support, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner. Additionally, you will schedule appointments and coordinate with caregivers to ensure smooth service delivery, maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and conversations, and collaborate with the clinical team to gather feedback and continuously improve the chat support process.
