About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer support throughout the day by answering customer calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to help our customers reputed company their goals. Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
  • Foundational sales skills, with the ability to upsell products and services to meet customer needs
