Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
