Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer concerns, provide information and guidance, and build long-lasting relationships that drive business growth and customer loyalty. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with reputed company to build long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met.
- Regularly review and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide information and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license reputed company 90 days of employment).
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required.
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required.
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records.
- Remote working experience a plus.
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $23.00/hour based on the candidate's experience, education.
- Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays.
- In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential.
