Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) Bilingual, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and effective resolution to customer concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
