Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our QIC DME team in Grand Rapids, MI. As an Admin 1 - Data Entry, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks affiliated with the QIC DME program. This is a remote opportunity, and we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

• Produce and maintain data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues and alerting management accordingly.

• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and reliable.
• Undertake special projects, providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project.

• Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management.
• Provide assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing decision letters.

• Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working 3 years continuously.

Home Office Requirements:

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity).

• Minimum 5mpbs upload speed.
• Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router.
• Private work area and adequate power reputed company.
• Must currently and permanently reside in the reputed company US.
