Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in both English and Spanish, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
