As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to reputed company and prospective customers
- Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level reputed company necessary
- Conveying information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of customers
- Striving for reputed company resolution to provide "best in class" service

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Property/Casualty Insurance License
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required

- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
